Miklos Pavel ("I", "me", or "my") operates the PureHIIT mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect information when you use the App.

By using PureHIIT, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1 Information Collection

Analytics Data (Mixpanel)

I use Mixpanel to understand how users interact with the App. This helps me improve features and fix issues. The following anonymized data may be collected:

  • Feature usage patterns (which screens you visit, buttons you tap)
  • App performance metrics
  • Device type and operating system version
  • General geographic region (country level)
  • App version

This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Purchase Data (RevenueCat)

I use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. When you make a purchase, the following data is processed:

  • Subscription status (active, expired, cancelled)
  • Purchase dates and transaction identifiers
  • Anonymous user identifier

Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. I do not have access to your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID.

Health Data (HealthKit)

If you use the Apple Watch companion app, health data such as heart rate and calories burned is collected during workouts.

✓ Your health data stays on your device and in Apple Health. I do not collect, store, or transmit any health data to external servers.

2 How Information Is Used

The collected information is used to:

  • Provide and maintain the App's functionality
  • Process and manage your subscription
  • Understand usage patterns to improve the App
  • Fix bugs and technical issues
  • Develop new features based on how the App is used

3 Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

4 Data Retention & Deletion

Analytics data is retained for up to 2 years to analyze long-term trends. Subscription data is retained as long as you have an active subscription, plus a reasonable period afterward for support purposes.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting me at [email protected]. I will process your request within 30 days.

5 Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact me so I can take appropriate action.

6 Data Security

I take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through the App. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While I strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, I cannot guarantee absolute security.

7 Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
