Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the PureHIIT mobile application (the "App") operated by Miklos Pavel ("I", "me", or "my").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

1 License to Use

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Transfer the App to another person or "mirror" it on any other server
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

2 Subscriptions

Premium Features

Some features of the App require an active subscription ("Premium"). Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features as described in the App at the time of purchase.

Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Subscription prices may change, but you will be notified in advance

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select PureHIIT to manage or cancel

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. I do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or request a refund through your Apple ID purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. During the free trial, you may cancel at any time without being charged.

3 Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Important: The App is designed to assist with timing your workouts. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Consult your physician before starting any exercise program
  • Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
  • The App does not provide personalized fitness or medical recommendations
  • I am not responsible for any injuries resulting from exercises performed while using the App

4 Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Miklos Pavel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The PureHIIT name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of Miklos Pavel.

5 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

I do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Miklos Pavel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miklos Pavel from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

9 Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10 Termination

I may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
